    Job Overview:

    Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, NJ is looking for a qualified EEG Tech to add to their dynamic team!

    Qualifications:

    Required:

    + High School diploma.

    + Completion of an accredite/formal EEG program

    + Neuroanatomy course a plus.

    + AHA, BLS Certification required.

    + Certified/registered or certified/registered eligible.

    + One to three years previous experience in hospital related environment required.

    Scheduling Requirements:

    + Days to work

    + PD

    Essential Functions:

    + Performs routine, sleep, portable, death determination, neonatal EEG recordings and video-eeg/long term epilepsy monitoring, as assigned. Patient population includes neonates to geriatrics.

    + Responsible for reporting identified safety issues such as hazardous environments (i.e. damaged floors/walls/ceiling tiles/unsecured areas) and medical errors, etc.
