Job Responsibilities:
+ **Fiduciary Leadership:** Serve as the face of our key real assets products, ensuring fiduciary excellence and strategic alignment with J.P. Morgan Asset Management's broader goals.
+ **Strategic Product Development:** Lead the development of strategic products across co-investments, secondaries, and evergreen portfolios, focusing on developed markets.
+ **Team Leadership:** Manage and mentor a high-performing team in a collaborative environment, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
+ **Market Engagement:** Represent J.P. Morgan Real Assets in external engagements, including pitching, fundraising, and media, to enhance the platform's visibility and competitive positioning.
+ **Investor Relations:** Strengthen relationships with global institutional investors, leveraging an extensive network to expand the business.
+ **Transaction Execution:** Execute co-investment and secondary transactions in real estate and real assets, contributing to the growth of our RA tender fund.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
+ Senior leader with a minimum of 15+ years of experience in real assets investment management roles, with a proven track record of leadership and fiduciary excellence.
+ Expertise in asset-based lending, particularly in real estate debt, is strongly preferred.
+ Experienced buy-sider as an LP or GP, ready to be the PM for our RA tender fund.
+ Ideally has experience executing co-investment and secondary transactions in real estate and real assets.
+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive business presentations and investment reviews.
+ Strong relationship-building skills, applicable to clients, prospects, and internal colleagues within Alternatives and across J.P. Morgan.
+ Entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivation, with a history of achieving sustainable results in a financial sales environment.
+ In-depth knowledge of portfolio construction and the role of real assets within a diversified portfolio.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
+ Series 7 and 63 certifications are preferred.
