    We are seeking shuttle drivers to work in the Worcester area. These are steady, local routes. We operate late-model 14-passenger vehicles which do not require a CDL - however, if you have a CDL you get paid extra and are encouraged to apply!

     

    Non-CDL drivers working overnights earn $20/hour to start. Applicants who already have a CDL (w/ P endorsement) earn $22/hour to start.

     

    Currently, we are seeking drivers who can work overnights Monday-Friday 10 pm-6 am, operating an employee shuttle.

     

    Shuttle Driver- Job Description

     

    The job responsibilities of a Shuttle Driver may vary depending on the location where the employee is scheduled to work. The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

     

    + Greeting patrons in a polite manner and assisting them in any way we can

    + Safely shuttling customers to various destinations

    + Opening and closing doors for patrons

    + Adhering to all traffic laws/signs to ensure the safest possible operation of our shuttles

    + Communicating effectively with customers and co-workers. This includes radio contact with management, shuttle drivers, and lot attendants

    + Completing required pre-trip inspections to meet federal as well as company safety requirements

    + Recording passenger counts and trip times

    + Completing necessary paperwork involved in daily operations

    + Assisting in equipment set up and break down (i.e. signs, cones, etc.)

    + Sweeping shuttles and removing debris to ensure cleanliness

    + Communicating mechanical problems with shuttles to management

    + Complying with company procedures for shuttle operations

    License required: valid class D (Non-CDL) license in good standing

    A valid DOT Medical card is also required. (We will pay for qualified applicants to obtain their medical card if necessary - a simple DOT physical).

     

    Professional driving experience is a plus.

     

    Background checks and driving tests will be conducted.

     

    Must be at least 20 years old due to our insurance requirements.
