    Lead Supply Chain Transformation as a Senior Consultant at PDS Tech Commercial!

     

    Bloomington, MN | Schedule: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

     

    Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year

    Are you an experienced ERP and WMS consultant ready to lead digital transformation initiatives? PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a **Senior Supply Chain Consultant** to play a key role in implementing **Microft Dynamics D365FO** as our global ERP solution, with a strong focus on **Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).** Based at our largest U.S. site in Bloomington/Shakopee, you will collaborate closely with global teams to design and implement best-in-class supply chain solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Analyze business needs and optimize ERP and WMS processes.

    + Design and implement value-driven solutions within **Microsoft Dynamics D365FO** and WMS.

    + Manage third-tier ERP and WMS incidents and support complex issue resolution in North America.

    + Assess and initiate projects and change requests in alignment with IT governance processes.

    + Work closely with developers to coordinate project execution and ensure a smooth transition to support teams.

    + Provide user training and maintain system documentation, including Work Instructions (WIs) and system overviews.

    + Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to facilitate effective communication and solution delivery.

    What Makes You a Great Fit:

    Required Qualifications:

    + Minimum **3 years** of experience as an ERP Supply Chain or WMS Consultant, preferably with **AX2012 or Microsoft D365FO.**

    + At least **2 years of experience** working in a multinational corporate environment.

    + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

    + Customer-focused approach with a passion for service excellence.

    + Ability to work independently with high self-motivation and a proactive mindset.

    + Fluent in **English** (spoken and written) with strong documentation skills.

    + Flexibility and commitment to maintaining system performance and stability.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Microsoft ERP or WMS certifications.

    + Experience working in global teams across different time zones.

    + Background in managing critical ERP and WMS incidents.
