We are currently looking to add a new position of Senior 245D Program Manager to our team! The 245D Senior Program manager will be a leader for our 245D licensed programs playing a critical role in program operations and quality control!

Position Summary:

As the 245D Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for contracted 245D program services according to federal and state regulations and Catholic Charities policies and procedures. This position ensures the quality delivery of services is provided to all individuals through the oversight of all program operations, personnel management, fiscal management, policies and procedure development and oversight, and program development for all 245D licensed programs. Catholic Charities operated 8 residential group homes in St. Cloud and Cold Spring in addition to our In-Home Services program under a 245D license.

What we are looking for:

*A proven leader with 6 years of progressively responsible 245D licensing experience (of which 4 years should be supervisory or management level)

*Must meet Designated Manager qualifications in accordance with 245D

*Bachelors Degree in Human Services or related field

*Ability to pass a background check and be an approved agency driver
