Novant Health is seeking a compassionate and driven Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to join our growing cardiovascular team in Bluffton, SC. Responsibilities

+ Blend of outpatient clinic care and inpatient rounding/consults

+ Partner closely with board-certified cardiologists and an experienced multidisciplinary team

+ Opportunity to manage patients longitudinally with a focus on preventive care, heart failure management, and continuity of care

Qualifications

+ Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in South Carolina (or eligibility to obtain)

+ Certification as an NP (AGACNP, ACNP, or FNP depending on inpatient vs. outpatient role focus)

+ Prior cardiology or internal medicine experience strongly preferred

+ Commitment to patient-centered care and collaboration across teams

+ New grads with strong cardiac clinical rotations will be considered
