• Own the Reports:

• Oversee the preparation and review of SEC filings (10-Qs, 10-Ks, and 8-Ks) to ensure compliance with regulations.

• Stay up-to-date on ever-changing reporting guidelines and disclosure requirements, keeping the organization ahead of the curve.

• Be the Accounting Expert:

• Conduct advanced research on Technical Accounting topics, drafting impactful memos and guiding decision-making with actionable insights.

• Tackle complex accounting challenges using innovative solutions that align with industry best practices.

• Drive Collaboration:

• Lead partnerships across departments—working closely with Accounting, FP& A, Leadership, and External Auditors to ensure top-tier compliance and audit readiness.

Requirements

Experience:

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

+ A minimum of 4 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in public accounting (Big Four preferred).

+ External reporting experience - 10K, 10Q, and technical accounting experience

+ Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and GAAP.

+ Experience in a SOX reporting environment is essential.

+ CPA certification or progress toward CPA is preferred.
