Description

We are seeking a Controller to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, you will oversee all accounting functions, from processing accounts payable and receivable to conducting audits and managing budget processes. You will also play a crucial role in the month-end close and quarter-end reporting, while ensuring the effective use of our NetSuite financial reporting system.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the entire accounting functions including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)

• Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Lead the month-end close and financial reporting process

• Manage the budgeting processes to ensure financial efficiency

• Utilize the NetSuite financial reporting system for effective financial management

• Conduct quarter-end reporting to provide timely and accurate financial information

• Monitor and manage the company's financial reporting system to ensure accuracy

• Develop relationships with purchasing and operations teams for seamless financial operations

• Drive development opportunities for the team by establishing department and individual goals

• Supervise a team of 7-8 staff members, including AP/AR and accounting staff.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role or related field

• CPA - highly preferred

• Experience with NetSuite software

• Demonstrable expertise in managing all Accounting Functions

• Proficiency in lease accounting, audit support and full cycle accounting functions

• Proven experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Proficiency in Auditing procedures and principles

• Strong understanding of Budget Processes and the ability to implement them effectively

• Ability to manage Quarter-end and Month End Close processes efficiently

• Solid experience in Budgeting and fiscal management.
