Job Title: Temp-to-Hire Research Assistant

Compensation: $17.50+ per hour, depending on experience​

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Research Assistant for a temp-to-hire position. The successful candidate will begin with in-person training and transition to a remote work setup. This role involves gathering and analyzing data related to commercial real estate properties, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.​

Primary Responsibilities:

+ Request, follow up on, receive, and interpret documents from local municipalities across the United States.​

+ Conduct research using maps, various software applications, and online resources to collect data pertinent to commercial real estate properties.​

+ Independently monitor and update workflow progress utilizing company software.​

+ Collaborate with team members on projects as necessary.​

+ Make informed and independent decisions based on established company procedures and policies to achieve timely results.

Requirements

Requirements:

+ Must reside in Oklahoma.​

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook (or Gmail), Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.​

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.​

+ Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.​

+ At least one year of experience in a research-related role or a highly motivated candidate.​ZipRecruiter

+ Ability to work independently and maintain focus in a remote environment.​

+ A proactive and adaptable mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.​

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience in the zoning report industry.​

Additional Information:

This position offers a competitive hourly wage starting at $17.50, with the potential for higher pay based on experience. Upon successful conversion to full-time employment, employees will receive 100% paid benefits. Candidates must reside in Oklahoma and be available for in-person training before transitioning to remote work.​
