Job Responsibilities We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to immediately fill the position of Installer. Installers are responsible for the installation of products in a safe, high quality, productive, and profitable fashion.  Demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional manner.  Operate company vehicle, tools, etc. safely and responsibly.  Whether you are an experienced Carpenter or want to learn a new trade with a great company improving the best homes in the Greater Cincinnati area-let's talk.  We have a training program to build a great career.  Job Requirements * Customer oriented, friendly and enthusiastic * Reliable, punctual with good work ethic * Possess and maintain current driver’s license and insurable by company insurance company  * Operate company vehicle in safe manner * Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and able to use power tools * Some carpentry experience preferred or working with your hands * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Able to work independently and problem solve on the job * Be able to lift up to 40 lbs * Strong personal organization skills * Full-time, direct employee * Benefits (Health/Dental/Vision, 401k) * Background check and drug screen required
