    We are looking for a Financial Data analyst

     

    _Improve the DQ issues management process through active business engagement and facilitate timely closure of data issues_

     

    - _Leverage internal partnerships and business knowledge to identify critical data elements and data quality opportunities_

     

    - _Develop and publish policies and standards associated with data governance and the data life cycle_

     

    - _Accelerate the maturity and adoption of our data governance platform (Informatica Axon) by implementing workflows and assigning ownership to business and data assets_

     

    - _Curate enterprise business glossary including organization of domains, subdomains, terms and identify relationships between business assets and technology assets_

     

    _Critical Skills_

    - _Banking experience (5+ years) with big-picture thinking and a strong understanding of data governance_

    + _Effective communication skills and demonstrated experience partnering with business and IT stakeholders_

    + _Take the initiative to achieve tangible results from a conceptual strategy_

    + _Strong data quality and data analysis skills with proficiency in SQL and/or analytics tools_

    + _Strong understanding of Data Warehouse Design and Data Modeling_

    + _Experience / Understanding of Dimensional Data Modeling and Modeling Tools like ERWIN._
