We’re searching for a Principal Software Developer to join our Engineering team in Skopje, Macedonia, so that we can continue developing innovative software solutions within our Human Capital Management stack. The Principal Software Developer will play a key role in designing and delivering high-quality software, providing technical leadership, and driving engineering excellence.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
+ Leading technical design and development to ensure high-quality, scalable software solutions are delivered.
+ Coaching and mentoring team members, providing guidance on best practices and development standards.
+ Collaborating with stakeholders to define, refine, and prioritize project deliverables.
+ Engaging in code reviews and troubleshooting customer production issues to ensure timely and efficient problem-solving.
+ Establishing technical standards for the team to ensure alignment with industry best practices, including performance testing and architecture considerations.
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
+ Experience as a Senior Software Developer for at least 2 years, with hands-on expertise in .NET, C#, SQL, and GraphQL, as well as experience with modern frontend frameworks, particularly React with TypeScript.
+ Familiarity with legacy web technologies such as ASP.NET MVC, WCF, and jQuery.
+ Proven success in leading development teams in an Agile environment, with a strong focus on timely delivery and technical leadership.
+ In-depth knowledge of software architecture, performance testing, and emerging technologies such as OpenTelemetry.
+ Sincere interest in healthcare technology and improving patient safety through innovative solutions.
+ A knack for working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team to achieve shared goals.
+ Ability to commute to Skopje, Macedonia, and work in a hybrid environment.
