    Application Support (D365 BC/GOIS)

     

    Hiring Term: Full Time

     

    Remote Role (Candidates must be from anywhere in U.S)

    Position Summary:

    In this key role, the support resource will work as part of the D365 BC ERP implementation & GOIS (Goods Order Inventory System) team, working on delivering solutions successfully to our customers. Training will be provided, and you will have an opportunity to work with MetaOption LLC's proprietary cloud based inventory and order management system GOIS. You will work as part of the project team across the full Implementation phase of the project.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Work as part of the GOIS and D365 BC Project Team delivering solutions for our customers.

    + Actively participate in the Demo Presentation, Solution Implementation, Training, customer onboarding, Documentation, user manuals & Go Live.

    + Engage with Customers at Project Meetings and follow up on actions and Issues.

    + Customer support

    + Warehousing implementation for GOIS and BC Customers

    + Inventory counting at client warehouse

    + Application support and training

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology or related fields with sufficient technical experience REQUIRED.

    + A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a support role, working with Automotive, Inventory, Distribution, Manufacturing, Warehousing solutions.

    + Industry knowledge in Inventory System software or ERP would be considered an advantage.

    + Experience in software project delivery for process-oriented environments would also be considered an advantage.
