    This position is fully on-site at ESAero in San Luis Obispo, CA

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Proposal Review

    + Inventory adjustments and transfers and billing

    + Invoicing capitalized labor

    + Cost accounting to include manufacturing costing and job costing

    + Monthly journal entries

    + Reconciliations of item fulfilments/inventory/end of project material transfers

    + Liaise with operations and project management functions for accurate tracking of inventory and assist with periodic physical inventory counts.

    + Ensure accurate reporting of inventory balances on the general ledger and the trial balance

    + Support PM's/PA's/Project Accountant

    + Logistics support

    + Project Set-ups

    Required Qualifications and Skills:

    + 2+ Years Accounting Experience in Manufacturing Environment

    + Experience with ERP

    + BS in Accounting or Finance required

    + Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills

    + Extreme attention to detail

    + Understanding of business accounting principles as well as basic auditing principles in relation to inventory balances

    + Understanding of basic contracting principles (government and commercial)

    + Familiarity with DCAA compliance a plus
