    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's degree and seven (7) years' related experience.

    + Proficient in financial management systems (ERP, accounting software), database management, and programming languages relevant to the systems used.

    + Strong ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.

    + Identify root causes of system issues and developing effective solutions.

    + Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical users and effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.

    + Ability to plan, execute, and monitor system implementation projects within budget and timelines.

    + Thorough understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial processes.

    + Ability to understand business needs and align system solutions to strategic goals.

    Required Security Clearance:

    + US Citizenship required.

    + Must possess or be able to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance.

    + Active Interim Secret or final Secret clearance is preferred.
