    A Systems Engineering Technical Advisor (SETA) provides technical expertise to the Government. By working together with your government customer, you have the opportunity to influence mission success to a greater degree than anywhere else. You will troubleshoot a problem one day and make recommendations on implementation the next.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Troubleshoot: Resolve COMSEC issues and anomalies

    + Testing: Verification & Validation testing

    + Performance: Develop, document, and execute test plans for performance, validation, etc.

    + Solutions: Research, design, and test key management technologies and potential solutions

    + Integration: Support integration of key management hardware, firmware, software

    + Audit: Support regular cadence of audit and optimization tests

    + Reporting: Ensure test plan and test report deliverables are written IAW customer specification

    + Support: May need to support COMSEC account management after hours from time to time

    + Technical Support: Support technical risk reduction tests

    + Systems: Make recommendations for future systems

    Work Environment:

    + Location: On-site

    + Travel Requirements: Minimal 20%

    + Working Hours: Standard

    Required Qualifications:

    + Security Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph required

    + Education: Bachelors in a STEM field and 5+ years’ experience with COMSEC / Crypto testing or Masters and 3+ years' experience or Associates and 7+ years' experience or HS and 9+ years' experience

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience: Military / DOD / IC space and ground experience
