Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Intelligence Planner** to join our team! In this role you will get to **play a critical role in supporting the development and execution of strategic plans through the integration of intelligence insights** .

What You'll Be Doing:

+ Collect, analyze, and interpret intelligence data from diverse sources to identify trends, threats, and opportunities.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop actionable intelligence reports and recommendations for strategic planning.

+ Assess risks and vulnerabilities by evaluating information related to geopolitical, economic, and social factors.

+ Support the creation of contingency plans and response strategies based on intelligence assessments.

+ Maintain a current understanding of emerging technologies, geopolitical events, and other relevant developments.

+ Prepare and deliver intelligence briefings to senior leadership and stakeholders as required.

+ Participate in interagency meetings and initiatives to exchange intelligence insights and coordinate efforts.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

+ BA or BS degree in International Affairs, Political Science, Foreign Area Studies, or National Security Studies preferred. Additional experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.

+ 5+ years of experience with supporting intelligence planning

+ Demonstrated experience in producing high-quality intelligence products and briefings for senior-level government officials

+ Knowledge of the Intelligence Community

+ Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Active TS/SCI clearance required; willingness to take a polygraph exam

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

+ MA or MS degree in International Affairs, Political Science, Foreign Area Studies, National Security Studies, or a related research field a plus

+ Experience with developing intelligence annexes, appendices, and other strategic documents, such as the Joint Strategic Intelligence Estimate (JSIE) or Joint Strategic Campaign Plan (JSCP)

+ Completion of DoD Intelligence Planning Courses

Salary Range: $86,700.00 - $151,700.00
