Our client, a leader in the eCommerce industry, is seeking an SAP E-Commerce Solutions Lead to join their team. As an SAP E-Commerce Solutions Lead, you will be part of the IT and Digital department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** SAP E-Commerce Solutions Lead

**Location:** Richardson, TX (Hybrid)

**Pay Range:** $140,000 - $150,000

What's the Job?

+ Work cross-functionally with IT and Digital teams to foster a culture of high-quality execution.

+ Serve as the principal technical resource and business partner for the SAP Commerce B2B and B2C eCommerce portal.

+ Collaborate with teams to gather and translate business requirements into user stories for technical teams.

+ Analyze requirements to enhance eCommerce websites and optimize user experiences.

+ Manage relationships with internal and external partners to drive project success.

What's Needed?

+ Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

+ 10+ years of experience in IT, focusing on gathering requirements and system configuration.

+ Extensive experience in business analysis for eCommerce platforms such as Hybris, Shopify, or Salesforce Commerce.

+ Strong blend of functional and technical expertise.

+ Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical decision-makers.
