Flight Support Assistant
Onsite – Pendleton, OR, US
Pay Rate: $34/hr.
10-Month Contract
Job Overview
We are seeking a Flight Support Assistant with drone operation experience and the current Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate. In this role, you will support field and flight operations, assist in flight readiness and logistics planning, and perform basic troubleshooting for drones and ground support equipment. Aviation safety experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct UAS (Unmanned Aircraft Systems) operations in compliance with FAA regulations.
• Assist in flight planning, execution, and post-flight procedures.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance on drones and ground support equipment.
• Support logistics coordination for flight operations.
• Ensure compliance with aviation safety procedures and FAA regulations.
• Document flight operations, system performance, and safety observations.
Required Qualifications
• Current 14 CFR Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to meet Team driver eligibility criteria.
• Experience with UAS operations and flight procedures.
• Familiarity with UAS maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of aviation safety and FAA regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with remote-control aircraft/multi-rotor products.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Experience in aviation safety and compliance.
• Background in the commercial drone industry.
