Here’s Where You Come In

We are currently seeking Assistant Account Managers to join our Commercial Lines team. In this role, you'll be supporting a Senior Client Account Manager by working closely on client service needs, participating in the renewal preparation process, helping to coordinate Support Specialist duties (certificates of insurance, endorsements, auto identification cards, and the like), as well as navigating carrier websites to obtain needed information.

You’re Great At

Ideally, you will have at least one year of experience in P&C insurance, preferably commercial lines, in a customer service or analytical support role focused on proactive, accurate, and responsive follow through. You'll need solid skills in Outlook, Word, and Excel. Demonstrated attention to detail, adherence to deadlines, and organizational skills are essential. A current Texas General Lines Property & Casualty license is required, or must be obtained within sixty days of hire.
