    What We Offer:

    + Salary range from $70,000-$78,000 - This compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.

    Requirements

    Your Role:

    + Prospect new leads & implement cold outreach campaigns

    + Qualify customers & nurture existing relationships

    + Conduct outbound calls & field visits (75% of the time)

    + Utilize CRM tools to track sales & forecast activities

    + Drive sales of new generators & maintenance agreements

    + Maintain a 90% contract renewal rate

    What You Bring:

    + 3+ years of B2B industrial sales in power generation/electrical systems

    + Proven experience managing full sales cycles & new business development

    + Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot)

    + Ability to work remotely & travel locally (80%)
