    Job Opportunity: Belt Production Shift Lead - 2nd Shift

     

    We're looking for an experienced and motivated team member to step into the Belt Production Shift Lead role for our 2nd shift operations. This role plays a critical part in our Belt Manufacturing Department, with direct oversight of the 2nd shift team and ensuring we meet our goals for safety, productivity, quality, and timely deliveries.

     

    Shift Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 12:30 PM – 11:00 PM

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Direct oversight of 2nd shift staff, ensuring safe and efficient operations.

    + Collaborate with 1st shift supervisors and the Belt Production Manager to schedule and prioritize workload.

    + Train and support team members to maintain high-quality standards and productivity.

    + Operate production equipment as needed to assist in completing daily production tasks.

    + Uphold and enforce company safety standards and policies.

    Requirements:

    + Minimum 3 years experience with direct or indirect oversight of machine operators in a manufacturing setting.

    + Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    + Commitment to quality, with an eye for detail and precision measurement capabilities.

    + Proven ability to work collaboratively across shifts.

    Preferred Experience:

    + Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards

    + Lean Manufacturing knowledge
