    Seeking Skilled Printing Press Operator - $20/hr DOE

    **LSI Staffing is seeking highly skilled and motivated Printing Press Operators to join our client's growing team in East KCMO!** The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of printing press operations, with a focus on Flexo and wide-web presses. This position is responsible for operating and maintaining printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials according to customer specifications and production schedules.

    Responsibilities:

    + Operate and maintain printing presses, including setup, color matching, and troubleshooting.

    + Ensure the quality and accuracy of printed materials.

    + Monitor press performance and make necessary adjustments.

    + Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

    + Follow all safety procedures and regulations.

    + Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions.

    + Perform preventative maintenance on printing presses.

    Qualifications:

    + **At least 3 years of recent experience operating printing presses.**

    + **Experience with Flexo and wide-web presses required.**

    + Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

    + Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

    + Excellent color vision and attention to detail.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Ability to work all shifts, including days, evenings, and nights.
