Your role and responsibilities

Conduct business and data analysis in support of a business; The Business Analyst (BA) will participate in helping to develop, implement and operate Business Operations in order to consolidate, streamline and align disparate processes. They use in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients' business environment in order to achieve client expected business results. Focuses on Individual/Team Objectives and Developing Professional Effectiveness. Skills:

Professional knowledge related to incumbent's position, team, and department. Requires ability to absorb professional knowledge quickly and develop skills.

Communication/Negotiation:

Draw upon professional concepts to collaborate with others to carry out assigned duties. Negotiation is required.

Problem Solving:

Recognize job-related problems. analyze causes using existing techniques or tools, prepare and recommend solution alternatives. Challenge the validity of given procedures and processes with the intent to enhance and improve.

Contribution/Leadership:

Works on professional projects;work is often reviewed for developmental purposes. Understand the standard mission of the professional group and vision in own area of competence.

Impact on Business/Scope:

Accountable for individual or team results. May contribute by supporting activities that are subject to business measurements, impact customer

satisfaction, or impact immediate costs or expenses.

Preferred technical and professional experience

Assist clients in selection, implementation, and support of packages Leverages business knowledge to drive solutions for clients and their management Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, while maintaining focus in an environment with conflicting demands Ability to communicate complex situations clearly and simply by listening actively and conveying difficult messages in a positive manner Drive to overcome the most challenging or difficult obstacles and look for ways to improve results.
