    Responsibilities

    + Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

    + General Carpentry skills/General Stucco skills

    + Basic trim work and attention to detail

    + Prep exterior for stucco cut and potential repairs

    + Establish good rapport with customers during the installation process

    + High level of cleanliness and coverage

    + Ability to read and comprehend N.O.A. paperwork and plans

    Qualifications

    + Experience installing windows

    + Previous experience in construction and/or other related fields

    + Strong leadership qualities

    + Deadline and detail-oriented

    + General Carpentry skills

    + Proper knowledge and use of construction power tools
