What You’ll Do

Provide Exceptional Care** **: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate personalized care for each patient.

+ **Lead & Collaborate** : Supervise and coordinate care provided by LPNs and PCAs, ensuring seamless teamwork.

+ **Communicate with Purpose** : Build bridges between physicians, families, and team members to deliver comprehensive care.

Your Work Schedule

Part-Time Role (.6 FTE)** **: Enjoy flexible 12-hour shifts from** **7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

+ **Every Third Weekend Off** : Balance work and personal life while making a difference.

What We’re Looking For

Iowa RN License** **: A current license is required to join our team.

+ **Education** : While a BSN is preferred, we warmly welcome new graduates to apply.
