Description:
Performs Ultrasound exams including OB/Gyn, abdominal, breast and small parts on a scheduled or emergent basis. Assists Radiologist as requested when needed. Ages of patients served range in age from newborn to geriatric.

_What you will do:_
+ Qualified and willing to float throughout the hospital and/or throughout multiple hospital locations and/or regions
+ Knows, understands, incorporates & demonstrates standard elements of professional practice: Assess, Outcomes Identification / Solutions, Plan, Implement, Evaluate
+ Acts independently & appropriately withinscope of knowledge & experience in practice area
+ Retains accountability for delegation, choices, decisions & outcomes
+ Collaborates with key stakeholders & contributes to quality & improvement practices & outcomes
+ Exhibits agility & willingness to take on new & additional responsibilities
+ Embraces new ideas & cultural differences while managing competing priorities
_Minimum Qualifications:_
+ Preferred Education: Graduate of an Associate or Bachelor’s degree program for Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
+ Must be board eligible by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or American Registry of Radiology Technologist. Must be certified as a RDMS or ARRT in ABD, OB/GYN, Breast and RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist).
+ A minimum of 24 months experience is required for US Techs
+ Required to have and maintain the credentials required per their specialty area (ex: BLS). which must be obtained through American Heart Association
+ Cannot hold a concurrent position at a Trinity Health facility.
+ Ability to complete the orientation and training. We have different options to choose from that will meet your schedule.
