Job Title: SharePoint Web Developer

Clearance Level (Required to Start): Secret Clearance

Certifications: IAT Level II or Security+ within 90 days of hire date

Daily Job Responsibilities:

Exeter Information Technology Services is seeking a SharePoint Developer to support the US Army Contracting Command (ACC) Chief Information Officer\G6 Headquarters (HQ), located at 4505 Martin Road, Redstone Arsenal (RSA), AL, provides contracting policy oversight to 100 different contracting offices and subordinate commands located world-wide. The ACC enterprise consists of over 6,200 military and civilian contracting professionals located at contracting offices across the contiguous United States (CONUS) and outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS). Information Technology (IT) services supports ACC’s global contracting mission to the warfighters through the full spectrum of military operations.

The HQ ACC’s Chief Information Officer (CIO) and G2/6 staff provides critical mission support services designed to enable the workforce with applicable secure technology solutions that will reduce and ultimately eliminate manual business processing and generate resource cost savings and efficiencies for the ACC enterprise.

Typical duties of the SharePoint Developer include:

+ Design, development, operations, and maintenance/upgrade support required for the command Collaborative Information Environment (CIE).

+ Provide front-end web development services and solutions within the supported SharePoint environment

+ Implement full range of software development life cycle methods (i.e. Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc…) that includes: requirements gathering & analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

+ SharePoint application development for client-side and provider-hosted web applications.

+ Provide standardized web graphics support throughout websites and web pages.

+ Create and maintain technical and non-technical documentation for developed solutions.

+ Leverage integrated development environments (IDE) for SharePoint customizations, specifically SharePoint Designer

+ Effectively communicate directly with the customers on change request/ trouble tickets

The Web Software Developer must have:

+ Secret security clearance

+ 2 – 5 years of professional experience of functions in IT web/application development.

+ IAT Level II (Security+ CE)

+ Experience with Extensible Markup Language (XML); Collaborative Application Markup Language (CAML); Representational State Transfer (REST); C#’; Bootstrap; Excel Services, WebServices, JAVA, CSS, JavaScript, and HTML

+ Experience with MS SharePoint (2010, 2013, 2016) Site Collection Administration, Content Management, Application Support

Preferred qualifications:

+ Microsoft SharePoint 2013 or higher, Microsoft Certified Information Technology Professional (MCITP) OR MCSE-SharePoint, or MCSD-SharePoint Applications Computing Environment (CE) Certification or Training

+ O365 and SharePoint Online knowledge

+ SharePoint Migration Experience
