    As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our terminal. Your responsibilities will encompass maintaining exceptional relationships with stakeholders, overseeing daily tasks, optimizing service quality, and fostering a collaborative environment for sustained growth.

    Shift: M-F 10am-6:30pm

     

    What You’ll Be Doing

     

    + Provide high-level customer service

    + Driver support

    + Pickup carrier management

    + Pickup report management

    + Coordinate with the dock supervisor and provide support for a successful daily dock launch

    + Open Job Report Management

    + Pickup dispatch management

    + Assign B2B / B2C

    + Manually build jobs when needed

    + Provide ETAs when requested

    + Ad-hoc delivery/pickup coverage

    + Attend weekly operations meeting

    + Tracking/Tracing

    + Input rate adjustments

     

    What You’ll Need

     

    + Great communication skills and ability to think on your feet

    + Demonstrable skills in customer support and satisfaction

    + Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new concepts and technology

    + Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

    + Strong written and oral communication skills

    + Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills

    + Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities

    + Ability to work with a sense of urgency and prioritize daily tasks

     

    The expected salary range for this role is $22-26/hour. The actual base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and other factors permitted by law. Decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
