Work From Home position – Must live in the Nashville, TN market
As a Physician Compensation Coordinator, you will handle the management and administration of the electronic Personnel Action Request (PAR) log for provider payments to ensure correct and prompt payments to providers and assist with Physician overpayment recovery process.
What you will do in this role:
+ Analyze physician compensation agreements.
+ Input physician compensation metrics from physician contracts and amendments into compensation contract management database.
+ Analyze and review of all provider payments in electronic PAR log for completeness, compliance with Employment Agreements/offer letters, and proper approvals.
+ Prepare reports related to PAR log activity and overpayment recovery status for the accounting and PSG leadership teams.
+ Prepares all documentation for overpayment recovery, working with payroll, accounting, and practice personnel
+ Prepare reports
+ Assist with updating and distribution of policies related to Physician Compensation, including posting on Physician Compensation Site.
+ Frequent communication both verbally and in writing with multiple departments and executive personnel within PSG.
+ Initiates and maintains strong working relationships to ensure the effective delivery of quality service to all stakeholders.
What Qualifications you will need:
+ Bachelor’s degree in accounting or another business-related field preferred. Equivalent job experience may be considered with comprehensive references
+ 3+ years’ experience in provider payment or payroll coordination preferred
+ Experience working with contracts preferred
+ Experience working in Microsoft Office and database software
+ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
+ Organizational and time management skills
+ Strong attention to detail
