About the Position

+ Maintain and analyze the general ledger and monthly activities from divisions and acquisitions into Oracle ERP system (including financial reporting software Oracle Hyperion)

+ Participate in the month-end close process, including responsibility for revenue reporting on Day 1 of the close, along with review of journal entries and the P&L

+ Research, identify, and communicate key variances relating to financial and operational metrics

+ Assist in integrating M&A deals into the existing operations, including tracking of earnout calculations

+ Improve upon existing reporting as requested by management

+ Provide ad-hoc financial and operational analysis to support business decisions

+ Contribute to preparation of business presentations for Executive management

+ High degree of involvement in annual budget process

+ Review and maintain producer compensation reporting

+ Assist Finance management with day to day tasks and special requests

Position Requirements

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance preferred

+ Highly proficient MS Excel skills

+ Strong ability to learn systems

+ Strong organizational and communication skills

+ Ability to work under tight deadlines and willingness to work overtime, particularly during the month-end close and budget process

+ Proactive drive to get things done and anticipate what is needed

+ At least 3 years of experience preferred
