Our client, a dynamic player in the business development sector, is seeking a Sales Appointment Setter - Business to Business to join their team. As a Sales Appointment Setter, you will be part of the sales department supporting our Account Executives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a calming presence, and the ability to build rapport quickly, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Outbound Appointment Setter - Business to Business
**Location:** Springfield, MO
**Pay Range:** $20.20 per hour + incentives Part time Openings
What's the Job?
+ Conduct outbound calls to set appointments with potential clients.
+ Engage with individuals who may not be familiar with our services.
+ Handle rejection with resilience and maintain a positive attitude.
+ Meet daily goals of setting appointments to maximize your work hours.
+ Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads.
What's Needed?
+ Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
+ High School diploma or GED required.
+ Strong verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to work part-time on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
+ Proven ability to build trust and rapport over the phone.
