What You Will Do:
**Team Leader** : Inspire and develop a results-oriented culinary team through effective training, motivation, coaching, and mentorship.
**Culinary Innovator** : Create dynamic menus that elevate guest dining experiences and align with property concepts and Atrium’s standards.
**Financial Steward:** Control food and labor costs through precise scheduling, portion control, inventory rotation, and waste management.
**Quality Champion:** Lead the execution of culinary production for à la carte and catered functions, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
**Cross-Functional Partner** : Collaborate with sales, event, and F&B teams to exceed guest expectations for meetings, events, and daily dining.
**Safety & Compliance Expert:** Uphold and teach health code requirements, safety procedures, and cleanliness standards throughout all kitchen operations.
What** **We’re** **Looking For:
4+ years of supervisory experience in hotel culinary operations: Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing culinary team.
Strong leadership, coaching, and mentorship skills.
Extensive technical knowledge of food preparation methods for both à la carte and catered functions.
Ability to manage food cost percentages, labor controls, and kitchen budgets.
Comfortable standing, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and working flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Experience calculating margins, percentages, inventory measurements, and managing financial targets.
