    About the Role:

    • As a CBRE Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for some CMs & PMs on clean utilities equipment (RO/EDI skids, clean steam generators, WFI generators, PHARMA compressed air

    • Working in a GMP/GDP environment (need experience)

    • Monitoring alarms (follow procedure using remote and machine mounted HMIs to access and acknowledge alarms)

    • Shift work and the schedule is a 5-2-2-5, 12 hour shifts, 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am

    What You’ll Do:

    • Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on Clean Utilities equipment,

    • Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose and look for potential problems, and make repairs.

    • Escort contractors with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.

    • Document and complete assigned work orders (using a CMMS system)

    • Use existing procedures (job plan) to solve straightforward problems. Exchange straightforward information in a clear, concise manner.

    • Conduct routine inspections of clean utility areas (checking for leaks, potential issues with equipment, motors etc.)

    • Impact team through defined duties, methods and tasks as described in detail.

    • Support the client

    What You’ll Need:

    • High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

    • Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.

    • Ability to follow SOPs and procedures in the application of work.

    • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.

    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

    • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
