    The University of Miami has temporary administrative opportunities to work in the Coral Gables Campus.

    Temporary Administrative Openings:

    + Customer Service Representative

    + Office Assistant

    + Data Entry Clerk

    + Receptionist

    + Administrative Assistant

    + Sr. Administrative Assistant

    The minimum qualifications for these temporary positions are as follows:

    + High school diploma or equivalent as well as at least three years of office administrative and/or clerical support work experience. Knowledge of routine office practices and procedures along with simple data processing and transmission principals.

    + Ability to utilize computer information systems with the ability to read and decipher data on source documents.

    + Ability to enter and verify information with accuracy and at a reasonable rate of speed.

    + Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.

    + Good data entry skills.

    + Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with fluency in the English language.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

    + Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

    + Any relevant education, certifications and/or work experience may be considered.
