Description

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented custodian to join our team. As a custodian, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our Binghamton Branch. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to providing a safe and healthy environment for all.

Shift: 8:00pm-12:00am

Pay: $15.75 per hour

Responsibilities:

+ Perform regular cleaning and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting

+ Disinfect and sanitize surfaces to maintain a safe and healthy environment

+ Restock and replenish supplies as needed

+ Respond to requests for cleaning services in a timely and efficient manner

+ Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel

+ Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with our members

Requirements

+ Previous custodial experience preferred

+ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

+ Must be able to effectively communicate in both written and oral communication

+ Must be able to lift 50lbs

+ Must be able to lift, bend and walk for an 8 hour shift
