DPEM - Printed Packaging Material Coordinator
The Drug Product External Manufacturing (DPEM) organization works with contract manufacturers (CMs) to increase packaging capacity for Lilly products.
The Printed Packaging Material (PPM) Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating artwork creation or changes, ensuring PPM processes developed by the CMs meet Lilly Standards.
Key Objectives/Deliverables:
To act as the primary Lilly contact for the following:
• DPEM (Drug Product External Manufacturing) Contact person for artworks management (mgmt).
• Represent DPEM in relevant forums (e.g. the EU&US Printed Packaging Development (PPD) and site coordinators Forum).
• Coordinate Artwork Management Process between Lilly groups (Affiliates, DPEM, PPD, Global Labeling Department (GoLD) etc) and the Contract Manufacturers (CMs).
• Coordinate Printed Packaging Materials (PPM) changes (regulatory, technical, Print at Risk, Print/Pack at Risk) and submissions requested by Lilly or CM.
• Management of assigned tasks in BLUE (Global Artwork Management System).
• Maintenance of PPM Tracker documents/tool to keep a history of PPM changes.
• Deviation management for investigation or errors related to artwork mgmt. process.

+ Joint Process Teams (JPTs).
+ Affiliate Labelling Responsible Person.
+ Regional Labelling Coordinators.
+ PPD and Gold Team.
+ Global Packaging group.
+ Global Regulatory Affairs – CMC.
**Basic Qualifications** :
+ Bachelor's degree preferably in the sciences (Chemistry or Pharmacy).
+ Experience in printed materials management, preferably 1-2 years.
Additional Skills / Info:
+ Good communication and prioritization skills.
+ Availability for occasional travel (maximum 20%).

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$64,500 - $112,200
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
