As a Caregiver at Senior Helpers, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors by providing compassionate care and support. This position is essential in helping individuals manage daily activities and ensuring their safety and well-being.

Responsibilities

+ Provide personal care assistance

+ Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.

+ Observe and report changes in the client's condition to family members or healthcare professionals.

+ Develop and follow individualized care plans tailored to each client’s needs.

+ Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.

Requirements

*Must Have Valid Drivers License and Reliable Car with up to date Insurance*

+ Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field is preferred.

+ Knowledge of assisted living practices and patient observation techniques is essential.

+ Strong communication skills and ability to work well with seniors.

+ Compassionate nature with a strong desire to help others.
