    Job Title: F&B Runner AOPDepartment: Food & BeverageReports To: F&B ManagerHourly Rate: $18 per hour

     

    Legends|ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for a F&B Runner at the Aquarium of the Pacific. As a Food and Beverage Runner, you will be responsible for delivering products to all concession stands in a timely manner. To succeed in this role, you must be a self-starter, proactive problem solver, and able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Deliver products to all concession stands in a timely manner.

    + Assist with location inventory and manage warehouse transactions.

    + Maintain a safe working environment and sanitary work area.

    + Set up and break down portable food service equipment.

    + Clean and organize concession stands and warehouse areas.

    + Accurately complete paperwork for each delivery.

    + Interact effectively with team members in a diverse workforce.

    + Follow all Food & Beverage rules and regulations set by ASM Global.

    + Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

    + Lift, move, and carry up to 25 lbs.

    + Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

    Qualifications:

    + Education: High school diploma or GED required.

    + Certifications: Must have current ServeSafe/Foodhandler certification and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certificate.

    + Experience: Previous experience in food and beverage is preferred but not required.

    + Skills: Must have customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Physical Demands:

    + Must be able to stand and walk for long periods.

    + Ability to lift and move items up to 25 lbs.

    + Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch.

    + This position may require working inside or outside depending on events.

    + Exposure to loud sounds during some events.
