    SUMMARY

    ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities has an excellent and immediate opening for a Part Time Food and Beverage Warehouse Staff. The Warehouse Staff provides support to the F&B Dept. by maintaining inventory levels and stocking stands.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS

    + Prepare product requisition forms for deliveries and transfers.

    + Help receive deliveries.

    + Able to use stock sheets.

    + Assist with keeping accurate inventory records.

    + Assist in pre-event set-up and post event breakdown.

    + Transfer product before, during, and after events.

    + Follow all policies and procedures of SMG including adhering to uniform policy.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    + Good customer service skills.

    + Clean professional appearance.

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment or independently.

    + Ability to follow written and verbal directions with minimum supervision.

    + Ability to work flexible hours (days, nights, weekends, and possibly holidays)

    EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

    + High School diploma or GED required.

    + Food and Beverage industry experience.

    + Warehouse experience desired, but not required.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS

    + Ability to lift repetitively up to 50 pounds.

    + Ability to move about, stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.

    WORKING ENVIRONMENT/CONDITIONS

    + Ability to work indoors and outdoors as required by event.

    + Ability to withstand high noise levels during concerts and other events.
