ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Senior Application Integration Engineer** to join our team in **Alexandria, VA.** This is a hybrid position with three days onsite and two days telework weekly.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

+ Assess client data policies, evaluate existing tools, and create comprehensive data lifecycle management plans; lead efforts to streamline client workflows and enhance case management, records management, and data curation processes

+ Utilize agile methodologies to gather and analyze inputs and requirements for tools that support data management and analytic capabilities and design integrations with external systems using Agile practices to ensure scalable and secure data storage and management

+ Design system to fuse data from various sources and classification levels while adhering to NARA records management standards

+ Develop and implement software solutions for case management and records management applications, focusing on configuring/customizing COTS and handling large numbers of integrations with external systems

+ Optimize software for performance and scalability, ensuring efficient processing of large-scale data feeds; integrate cloud technologies and repositories such as SharePoint and OneDrive to enhance data management efforts

+ Design and optimize integrations with external systems, including social media platforms, collaboration systems, and web scraping tools, to ensure scalable and secure data storage and management; Apply design thinking or other solution-based methods to solve problems consisting of various qualitative activities that support the generation of insightful, human-centered and impactful design solutions

+ Stay current with advancements in machine learning and software engineering, incorporating best practices into the development process and collaborate with software architects, data scientists and ML engineers to integrate machine learning models into production software systems

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field and 15 or more years of experience in data management, case management, and records management; a Master’s degree can be substituted for 2 years’ experience

+ Experience in programming and/or scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, C++, or Java

+ Experience with configuring and developing in a major public cloud system such as Azure, AWS, or GCP

+ Ability to develop data integrations with remote systems using REST calls, data feeds, and other mechanisms

+ Proficiency in DevOps tools and techniques for data integration and management

+ Experience with configuring and integrating tools for data fusion and protection.

+ Ability to develop data lifecycle management plans and assess data policies

Preferred Qualifications:

+ 20+ years of experience in data management and integration projects

+ Strong knowledge of NARA records management standards and federal records management requirements

+ Experience with case management and records management software

+ Familiarity with social media platforms, collaboration systems, and web scraping tools

+ Experience with SharePoint, OneDrive, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and other collaboration tools

Security Clearance Requirements:

+ Must have a current and active TS/SCI with CI Poly

Physical Requirements:

+ Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time

+ Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer

+ The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and clients, which may involve delivering presentations ad must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

+ The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
