    Starting Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour, depending on experience.

    Job Summary

    Performs many tasks involving physical labor. Responsible for keeping crew members supplied with materials, tools, etc. Responsible for general site clean-up.

    Job Requirements

    + Travel throughout territory to assigned projects

    + Keep crew members supplied with necessary materials, tools, ice water, etc.

    + React promptly when responding to the needs of crew members

    + Mix mortar per job requirement

    + Lubricate, clean, fuel and oversee operation of equipment

    + Operate variety of hand and power tools

    + Organize and maintain job site trailers, trucks and gang boxes

    + Inventory tools and equipment to insure they are returned to trailers, trucks and gang boxes at the end of each work day

    + Inspect all returned tools and equipment at the end of each day for damages

    + Insure all locks are secured at the end of each work day

    + Understand and follow MCR and OSHA safety policies and applicable laws

    + Achieve production rates and quality standards as set forth by the industry and MCR

    + Use measuring tape accurately to the nearest fraction of an inch

    + Help monitor pedestrian traffic near work zone

    + Work high above the ground from a variety of scaffolding, lifts and rooftops
