Compensation: $21.50 per hour

1st and 2nd shifts available

Flexibility to work overtime and weekends based on business needs.

We are hiring for several seasonal positions with potential to last up to six months. Seasonal assignments offer valuable work experience at a leading beverage company. Also, if opportunities exist at the end of the assignment, you can be considered for a full time permanent position with Primo Brands. Individuals in temporary and seasonal assignments are not eligible for all company benefits** **.

Responsibilities

+ The LNE Operator position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance and refurbishing of equipment in compliance with company procedures and standards.

+ Troubleshoot and repair different types of equipment as required.

+ Perform operational checks and sanitation required on all equipment.

+ Sanitize and package units per company procedures and standards.

+ Work effectively in a team environment with a sense of urgency while maintaining quality and company safety standards.

+ Participate in daily inventory activities including cycle counts.

+ Adhere to 5S standards in the workplace.

+ Interact with team members from various departments (Quality Assurance, Maintenance, etc.) to maximize output and efficiency

+ Attend shift, team, and plant meetings during their scheduled times

+ Measure and continuously improve the line operation as a team and with other Operators.

+ Cross-train in other areas to support operations during downtimes.

Qualifications

+ Must be 18 years of age or older.

+ Water cooler, filtration or similar equipment troubleshooting, and repair experience preferred.

+ Ability to use hand tools as provided.

+ Strong attention to detail.

+ Good verbal and writing communication skills.

+ Ability to safely lift up to 65lbs as needed.

+ Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends based on business needs.

+ Forklift experience preferred.
