    Job Opportunity: Part-Time Newborn Photographer Sales Associate

     

    Are you confident, customer-oriented, and passionate about photography? We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Part-Time Newborn Photographer Sales Associate. In this role, you’ll promote and sell newborn photography packages to families in a hospital setting, providing a meaningful experience for new parents.

    Previous sales experience and a love for photography are a huge plus!

    Responsibilities:

    + Schedule same-day mini-photo sessions (15 minutes each).

    + Pose and handle newborns and edit photos on-site.

    + Present photography packages, handle orders, and close sales.

    What You Bring:

    + Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.

    + Experience in sales is a plus.

    + Creativity and a passion for photography.

    + Family photography experience is preferred.

    + Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom Classic.

    + Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 20 lbs of equipment.

    Equipment Required:

    + DSLR or Mirrorless Camera with 18 MP or higher (no phone cameras).

    + Portrait lens with a fixed aperture preferred (F1.8 or F2.8).

    + Laptop with at least 513 GB storage and 16 GB memory.

    + Adobe Lightroom Classic.

    + Speedlite (external flash).

    Schedule:

    + Start time: 9 AM.

    + Part-time: 2-3 days a week (including one weekend day).

    Compensation Package:

    + Hourly plus Commission, Tips, and Bonuses: guaranteed $15 per hour, plus 20% of all sales, 100% of all tips, and opportunities for bonuses

    + Sales Bonuses: Additional incentives based on performance

    + Tips: You keep 100% of your tips
