Overview:

Providing our clients with exceptional service is the foundation of our business. As a member of the Production team, you'll ensure that our clients receive the products they order in a timely manner.

What you'll do:

+ Oversee Production team in collaboration with supervisor/manager

+ Prepare, scan and quality control documents, exhibits and transcripts to ensure proper order fulfillment per client specifications

+ Ensure documents are professionally bound and cover sheets are prepared

+ Prepare shipments for pick-up and ensure they are shipped out timely and accurately

Who you are:

+ 3+ years of related experience

+ 1+ years of leading a team preferred

+ Great attention to detail, organized and able to multitask

+ Customer service oriented with excellent time-management and troubleshooting skills

+ Able to work both independently and with a team

+ Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
