    Job Requirements:

    + Ability to follow detailed instructions

    + Strong mathematical and measuring skills

    + Ability to work independently on a given assignment

    + Strong competency with rewinders and production processes

    + Ability to maintain flexibility when dealing with new and changing assignments

    + verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on professionalism

    Responsibilities:

    + Ensure the daily production goal is met

    + Assists in generating finished goods

    + Preparing rolls for shipment

    + Perform basic maintenance of machine

    + ability to train a helper

    + Must comply with all safety procedures

    Qualifications/ Experience:

    + Associate degree, Certificate, or two years of college in chemistry, or equivalent wet lab experience, bachelor's degree preferred

    + Experience preparing chemical solutions and knowledge of wet lab safety practices

    + Experience in Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP) a plus
