Are you a dedicated professional with a strong commitment to safety and security? Join our team as a **Security Officer** and play a critical role in safeguarding people, property, and assets. We are seeking individuals with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing a secure environment for our clients.

No experience necessary! If you have retail, food service or hospitality industry background you are a great fit for this role; if not, we will provide you with the training and everything you need for a great introduction to a career in the security industry.

We have openings on mainly 2nd and 3rd shift, both full and part time opportunities available.

Locations can vary by client site.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Monitor and control access to client facilities.

+ Perform regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of assigned areas.

+ Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, including medical, fire, and other incidents.

+ Enforce security protocols, policies, and procedures.

+ Prepare and submit detailed incident and daily activity reports.

+ Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and emergency personnel.

+ Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and clients.

+ Conduct inspections and maintain equipment as required.

+ Assist in risk assessments and proactive measures to enhance security.

Requirements:

+ Strong customer service skills

+ Previous administrative or reception work is mandatory

+ High level of professionalism

+ Sitting, standing and walking for long periods of time

+ Moderate level of computer knowledge needed

+ Comfortable greeting and talking to new people

+ MUST have GED or HS Diploma

+ At least 18 years old

+ Ability to complete all pre-employment requirements prior to starting
