What you'll do...

Join Walmart as a Sr Manager, Business Development – International Marketplace, and help grow GMV sales for our e-commerce marketplaces. About the Business Development Team

Our Business Development team focuses on expanding Walmart’s e-commerce marketplaces by acquiring and supporting top sellers. Collaborating with international markets and cross-functional teams, we drive seller performance and enhance the overall seller experience. Your role will be pivotal in executing Walmart’s cross-border trade e-commerce strategy.

What you’ll do:

+ Drive marketplace adoption and maximize seller sales

+ Generate leads, recruit, and onboard sellers to Walmart marketplace

+ Manage your own pipeline of prospective Sellers

+ Foster collaboration with international markets and cross-functional teams

+ Increase adoption of Walmart services to improve seller performance

What you’ll bring:

+ Proven track record of developing and closing high-impact deals

+ Experience in selling eCommerce Marketplaces or SaaS solutions

+ Strong leadership and team development skills

+ Experience in cross-border or international e-commerce

+ Fluency in Mandarin or Spanish is a plus

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...
