    Position Title: Assistant General Manager- Corporate Dining

     

    Pay 13

     

    Reports To: General Manager

     

    Salary: $85,000 - $90,000

    Job Summary

    Working as the Assistant General Manager for a premier corporate dining account, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest quality of daily operations in accordance R/A brand standards and client expectations.

     

    This position offers a desirable Monday through Friday schedule.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Manage daily operations in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws

    + Manage a team- interview, hire, train and coach employees

    + Participate in employee meetings and training programs

    + Maintain account financials- Prepare and monitor budgets, flash reports, financial targets and forecasts

    + Perform related duties and special projects as assigned

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Minimum of three years of upscale food service experience

    + Excellent leadership and organizational skills, flexible and adaptable to constant changes and must possess attention to detail

    + Effective problem solving and conflict management skills

    + Must be knowledgeable on HACCP controls along with proper storage and use of food

    + Review work procedures and operational problems in order to determine ways to improve service, performance, and/or safety.

    + Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

    + Exceptional business etiquette and client relations

    + Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint

    + ServSafe or Department of Health certification a plus
