Position: Compliance Clerk

As a Compliance Clerk at High Point Federal Credit Union, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our credit union operates within the boundaries of applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Your purpose:

• Review and manage compliance reports, support audit preparations, and ensure compliance with industry, regulatory, and credit union policies and requirements.

• Support fraud and abuse investigations by reviewing account history and activity and presenting findings to VP or Manager of Compliance as necessary. Ensures that all actions are thoroughly documented.

• Ensure requests and questions are courteously and professionally resolved.

• Accurately perform activities to support the Compliance Department.

• Proficient in record-keeping and document management.

• Financial institution experience preferred.

Schedule / Location:

• 38 hrs. per week, Monday through Friday, Core hours are between 8:30am-5:30pm.

• This is a hybrid position with a possibility of being remote 1 day per week, once familiar with job responsibilities and systems.

• This position is located in Olean, NY.

The expected pay range for this position is $15.50-$18.00/ hour. This salary range only reflects base wages and does not include benefits or other types of compensation. Salary bands are purposefully wide ranging to encompass the different factors considered in determining where a candidate falls in the range, including but not limited to, seniority, performance, experience, education, and any other legitimate, non-discriminatory factor permitted by law.
